MS28774 (Military Teflon)
  • Meets MIL-R-8791 Specification
  • Thermoplastic polytetrafluoroethylene resin.
  • Superior lubricate property plus excellent chemical and high-temperature resistance.
  • Temperature range: -320 to +450 degrees F.
 
AS3582 (Aerospace Silicone)
  • Meets AMS 3304 Specification.
  • Supersedes MS9068
  • Dry heat and petroleum based lube oil. Static use only.
  • Temperature range: -85 to +400 degrees F.
  • Color is brink red.

MS28775 (Military Nitrile)
  • Meets MIL-P-25732 Specification.
  • Supersedes AN6227, AN6230.
  • Static and Dynamic Seal.
  • MIL- H - 5606, Aircraft Hydraulic Fluid.
  • Temperature range: -65 to +275 degrees F.
 
M83248/1 (Military Fluorocarbon)
  • Meets MIL-R-83248, Class 1.
  • Supersedes NAS1593, 1594, 1595, and 1596.
  • Static and dynamic seal.
  • Gasoline, Jet engine lubricant.
  • Superior resistance to broader range of chemicals and temperature range than Nitrile.
  • Temperature range: -20 to +400 degrees F.

MS29513 (Military Nitrile)
  • Meets MIL-P-5315 Specification.
  • Static and Dynamic Seal.
  • MIL-L-7808 synthetic diester jet engine lubricant, Aircraft fuel, JP-4, JP-5.
  • Aviation Fuel uses.
  • Temperature range: -65 to +158 degrees F.
 
M83461 (Military Nitrile)
  • Meets MIL-P-83461 Specification
  • Use in MIL-H-5606 Fluid, Aircraft Hydraulic Fluid.
  • Better dynamic performance than MS28775.
  • Static and Dynamic Seal.
  • Temperature range: -65 to +275 degrees F.
  • Color is black.

NAS1611, NAS1612 (Military EPR)
  • Boeing D6-3614, Douglas 7912037, NAS1613.
  • Good for Skydrol, cellulube, phosphate esters.
  • Excellent resistance to hot water, stearm, alcohol, engine coolants, sunlight, weathering, acid, and ozone.
  • Temperature range: -64 to +250 degrees F.
 
M25988 (Military Fluorosilicone)
  • Meets MIL-R-25988, Class 1, Grade 70.
  • Good high and low temperature properties.
  • Slightly narrow temperature range than Silicone rubber, but better resistance to a greater variety of fluids.
  • Use in Aircraft Fuel and Lube.
  • Temperature range: -70 to +392 degrees F.
  • Color is blue.
